Dan Sarko

Daniel (Dan) Sarko is the Vice President of Advertising Sales for the New York Daily News, a division of tronc (TRNC). In this role Mr. Sarko oversees multi-platform media sales and the dedicated media teams throughout the New York market. Previously, Mr. Sarko served as Vice President of National and Digital Sales for Philadelphia Media Network (Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News & Philly.com). Prior to that, Mr. Sarko was the VP of Advertising for the Baltimore Sun (a tronc property). Mr. Sarko started his career at the Allentown Morning Call. A native of the Philadelphia region, Mr. Sarko attended DeSales University where earned a degree in marketing. Sarko lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife Dorothy and four sons.
